About Me


Hi I'm Katy Ice and I'm the Health and Fitness coach for the US women's soccer team.  I played sports all my life and always wanted to help people get a healthier life.  With this blog, I plan to share what I have learned with athletes everywhere and share my story with you.  To help change the lives of people and their unhealthy habits.  I was born an athlete and had to find the right ways to eat and train.  I have learned through trial and error what is the best foods to eat and exercises to do.  I continue to learn new things and practice what I teach.
